The Lao is a river suitable for those approaching river canoeing for the first time but also for more experienced canoeists. From very easy stretches to spectacular and challenging rapids in the Lao gorges.
The association provides all the necessary equipment (wetsuit, buoyancy aid, water jacket, splashguard, helmet, canoe, paddle).
No special physical requirements or any kind of athletic preparation are required, just not to be afraid of water!!

This course is suitable for those who have already gained some experience in kayaking or for those who have already attended the basic course or other similar courses. The following are taught: river morphology and reading of the currents, advanced fundamentals. You will further develop your kayak balance in total safety thanks to the assistance of river guides and FICK instructors.
